Harold wants to be state's best
For months it has been taken for granted that Joel Caleb would be the consensus choice as the No. 1 prospect in Virginia in the 2012 recruiting class. That seems to be what most pundits across the state are saying, as many consider it silly to consider anyone else for that spot.
Someone forgot to tell Eli Harold.
Harold, the 6-foot-4, 215-pound athlete from Ocean Lakes, has some impressive credentials in his own right.
After all, how many prospects could conceivably be recruited as a big-time prospect at both defensive end and wide receiver?
On top of that, there are several other positions Harold could probably excel at in college.
