Ridgeland High School (Rossville, Ga.) defensive back Vonn Bell isn't a native of Tennessee, and so it takes some explaining why a native of Kansas, that then spent his early childhood several hundred miles west of Tennessee's most western border in Texas, would grow up cheering for the Vols.
