The Louisville basketball took one step closer to opening the 2012-13 basketball season Thursday as the Cards hosted Pikeville in an exhibition at the KFC Yum! Center. The Cards easily handled Pikeville, 93-57, with senior point guard Peyton Siva leading the way with 17 points and six assists. Freshman Montrezl Harrell added 19 points and 13 rebounds.
