Greenbelt (Md.) Eleanor Roosevelt cornerback Stephon Morris picked up his first scholarship offer of the process from Penn State in mid-April and declared them his favorite school. Shortly after the Nittany Lions came through, the 5-8, 173-pound Morris added his second scholarship offer from a Big East program.
