Cards beat Canes; Win first ACC game

Overview
Back in black! The Louisville football team opened the 2014 season in impressive fashion Monday, beating Miami 32-24 in front of a nationally-televised audience at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium.

The Cards led from their opening drive and put on an offensive display that racked up over 400 yards of offense. Much of the heavy lifting was done by the Louisville rushers, who accounted for 174 yards rushing, including 100 from senior running back Dominique Brown.

The Cards now focus their attention to Murray State, where the team will face a quick turnaround against Racers on Saturday.
