Oline: Kragthorpe's top concern?

While much of the focus during the spring was on defining depth in the defensive backfield, a new concern developed over the summer - offensive line.

In fact, at the Big East Media Day in Newport, R.I., UofL coach Steve Kragthorpe said the offensive line was his biggest concern.

When asked about the offensive line, Kragthorpe responded: "That's certainly an area where we have to continue to develop depth."

"We've got some excellent players coming back in George Bussey, our left tackle, Eric Wood, our center, and Danny Barlowe, our left guard," Kragthorpe continued. "Breno Giacomini will step in and play well for us at right tackle."

After naming four of five starters across the line, Kragthorpe punctuated his answer with, "...the area of our football team that I am most concerned about - we've got to find more depth on the offensive line."
