CSZ Notebook: Behanan, Snider, Cisco and more

BEHANAN WILL VISIT COLORADO STATE
According to the coloradoan.com, former Louisville Cardinals forward Chane Behanan will visit Colorado State this weekend. The Rams are a possible transfer option for Behanan. He will be at the CSU-Air Force game on Saturday. Colorado State is coached by Larry Eustachy, who has a good relationship with Tom Jurich. In fact, Jurich considered Eustachy for the head coaching job before hiring Rick Pitino. (Good move in the end, Tom)

FORMER PLAYERS TALK ABOUT THE BOBBY PETRINO HIRE
Everyone seems to have an opinion on the Bobby Petrino hire. I was able to get some reaction from some former Louisville players that were here and played for Petrino. Click here to read comments from Eric Wood, Breno Giacomini, Art Carmody, and Brock Bolen.

CATCH QUENTIN SNIDER IN ACTION TONIGHT
If you have nothing to do on Friday evening, head on out to Valley High School and check out some of the quarterfinals of the Republic Bank LIT (Louisville Invitational Tournament). Future Louisville point guard Quentin Snider and the #1 ranked Ballard Bruins will face #14 ranked Doss at 8:30. And before that, #5 Trinity and (possible Louisville target) Raymond Spalding take on #10 Iroquois at 7:00. If Ballard and Trinity win, they face each other Saturday morning at 11:30 a.m.
LATEST EDITION OF "55" BY JEREMY WAHMAN
In this edition of "55", Jeremy brings you up to speed on things that have been happening in the world of Louisville sports. Most of that is football of course, but there are other things as well. And how about this...was Charlie Strong job-hunting before the Russell Athletic Bowl? Watch the video in his post to see what I mean.

TALKIN NOIZ
As always, remember to tune into Lloyd Spence on 1080 AM radio Monday-Friday from noon-1 p.m. Actually the show starts at 12:06, but go ahead and tune in at noon for some news just to make sure you are on the station. CSZ member Steve Rummage is a guest-host every Thursday with Lloyd, as well as other random days during the week. Be apart of the show and tweet the guys or call in and share your thoughts!
TURNING ATTENTION TO FERBY?
With the recent news that Daniel Gresham's commitment to Louisville will not be honored, will the staff turn their attention to D'Andre Ferby of Ensworth High School in Nashville, Tennessee? Ferby is a WKU commit and was recruited hard by former Card and running backs coach Kolby Smith, who is now at UofL with Bobby Petrino. If you remember, Ferby ran for 187 yards and 3 touchdowns against Trinity to open the 2013 season on ESPNU.
