As a junior at Louisville (Ky.) DuPont Manual High School, Bryce Cosby had a stellar year as a he recorded eight interceptions (three for touchdowns), eleven pass break-ups, and 63 combined tackles.

The talented cornerback made the short trip to Louisville for a recent junior day visit.

"The junior day was great," Cosby told CardinalSports.com. "I definitely enjoyed every aspect of it. The highlights were probably being able to put the jersey on, the accessibility of the coaches throughout the visit, and I felt like the whole staff involved with the football program had a common goal of success for the student athletes in all aspects."

Cosby has an impressive junior highlight tape and the Cardinals' staff have seemed to take notice.

"Basically, they said that they really liked what they saw on film and that we would keep in touch so that I could reschedule another visit," recalled Cosby.

The 5-foot-11, 175-pound prospect does not have any offers yet, but he hopes that Louisville ends up pulling the trigger with one. Crosby isn't sure where he stands with the Cards.

"That's something I have no control over; all I can do is play football," Cosby said. "They do seem genuinely interested, and they seem like they've got a close eye on me. I can tell that we'll be in frequent contact throughout this whole recruiting process."

Indiana, Purdue, Miami (Ohio), and Utah have also been expressing interest in Crosby.
