"I enjoyed it a lot," Orr said of his visit. "I really liked how everything was close there as far as the campus goes and all. I thought it was great."
He's been talking to two coaches from Louisville in particular.
"I've been talking to coach (Pete) Nochta and (Todd) Grantham," Orr told CardinalSports.com preceding his commitment. "Coach Grantham and I are growing our relationship, and me and coach Nochta have a good relationship."
Orr is being recruited by Louisville as either a safety or corner, and says that he could potentially even end up on the offensive side of the ball.
"I weight 193 pounds so I like to come down and be physical," Orr explained. "I also like to play off (man coverage) as well. I like playing in side shade man - just me and him."
Orr becomes the sixth verbal commitment of the 2015 Louisville recruiting class and is ranked a two-star prospect by Rivals.com He chose Louisville over the likes of East Carolina, Duke, Middle Tennessee State, Memphis, Navy, and Western Kentucky
