LEXINGTON -- The No. 3 Louisville women held a 22-point halftime lead en route to a dominant 87-63 win over arch-rival Kentucky Sunday in Memorial Coliseum.

The Cardinals (13-0) were led by All-American Asia Durr's 32 points as well as 18 points and nine rebounds from Myisha Hines-Allen.

Kentucky (8-4) never led as Louisville scored the first seven points of the game. The Cardinals led 23-16 at the end of the First Quarter and then exerted their dominance in the Second Quarter, holding Kentucky to just nine points on 3 of 13 shooting.

Louisville's 47-25 halftime lead was aided by Durr's 16 first-half points. The Cardinals also got nine points from senior guard Arica Carter. UK star Maci Morris was frustrated by Louisville's impeccable defense on her in the first half. She finished the half shooting just 2 of 8 from the field and 0 for 2 from beyond the arc with four turnovers.

After scoring the first four points of the second half, Louisville held a 20-plus point lead throughout the Third Quarter. Durr ended the Third Quarter with 24 points while Hines-Allen had 14.

Louisville maintained at least a 21-point lead throughout the Fourth Quarter, but its defensive intensity wasn't as heavy. Kentucky's shooting percentage improved to 45 percent by the final buzzer, but it had hovered in the 30s throughout the game.

In addition to Durr's 32 and Hines-Allen's 18, Louisville got 11 points from Arica Carter and Dana Evans and 10 points from Sam Fuehring.
